candinavian heavyweight hopeful Robert Helenius clinched another spectacular early TKO victory in Bamberg on Saturday night, stopping Ozcan Cetinkaya in the second round. The “Nordic Nightmare” (7-0, 3 KOs) floored his opponent with a big right uppercut in the first round. After he dusted Cetinkaya again with a right to the head in the second, the referee waved the bout off. “I am pleased with my performance,” Helenius said. “This was a good warm-up for the fight in Helsinki.”
Helenius will return to action on May 30 on the undercard of the hotly-anticipated WBA heavyweight title fight between Nikolai Valuev and Ruslan Chagaev at Hartwall Arena.
